The Africa Federation of GBS Associations represents a collaborative network of national associations from across the continent, including Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, and Zimbabwe, and beyond. Together, we work to elevate Africa’s presence in the global outsourcing market.
